1Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below unless the context expressly requires otherwise.

2Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Platform, registering a Player Account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the Platform.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and gaza88 in respect of your use of the Platform and supersede all prior communications, representations, or agreements — whether written or oral — relating to the same subject matter.

We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Amendments take effect upon publication on the Platform. Your continued use of the Services following publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

3Eligibility

Access to and use of the Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements. You represent and warrant that at all times during your use of the Services:

• You are at least 21 years of age. The Platform is strictly for adults aged 21 and over. We do not permit gambling by minors under any circumstances.
• You are acting on your own behalf as a private individual and not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any third party.
• You are not a resident of a jurisdiction in which online gambling is expressly prohibited or where accessing this Platform would cause you or us to be in violation of applicable law.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the Platform or had a Player Account closed for breach of these Terms.
• You are not a current employee, co ntractor, director, officer, or affiliate of gaza88, nor a close family member of any such person.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• All funds deposited into your Player Account are from legitimate sources and are not proceeds of criminal activity.

We reserve the right to request documentary evidence confirming your eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence within a reasonable period may result in suspension or permanent closure of your Player Account.

4Account Registration

To access the Services, you must register a Player Account by providing accurate, complete, and current information as requested during the registration process. You agree to maintain the accuracy of your registration information and to update it promptly if any details change.

• One Account Per Player: Only one Player Account is permitted per person, per household, per device, and per IP address. Opening or operating multiple accounts — whether personally or through a third party — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. We will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorized access to your account where you have failed to safeguard your credentials.
• Accurate Information: Your registered name must exactly match the name on your national identity card (KTP) and the name on any bank account you use for deposits or withdrawals. Discrepancies will delay or prevent withdrawal processing.
• Contact Details: You must provide a valid mobile phone number and email address. These are used for account verification, transaction notifications, and customer support communications.
• Notification of Unauthorized Access: You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account or any security breach.

gaza88 reserves the right to refuse any account registration application at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason for refusal.

5KYC Verification

As part of our commitment to security and responsible gaming, all Players are required to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification before their first withdrawal is processed. KYC verification may also be triggered at any time at our discretion, including when unusual account activity is detected.

The following documents are typically required to complete KYC verification:

• Government-Issued Photo ID: A clear, unobstructed photograph or scan of your Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP) showing your full name, date of birth, and photograph.
• Proof of Bank Ownership: A photograph of your bank passbook front page, bank statement header, or official bank document clearly showing your full name and account number for the bank account registered on the Platform (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata, or other accepted Indonesian banks).
• Selfie Verification: In certain cases, we may request a selfie photograph held alongside your KTP document for additional identity confirmation.

Documents must be legible, unedited, and submitted in JPG, PNG, or PDF format. We typically complete KYC review within one (1) business day of receiving all required documents. We reserve the right to request additional documentation if the submitted materials are insufficient to confirm your identity satisfactorily.

6Deposits

All deposits to your Player Account must be made using one of the payment methods accepted by the Platform. Accepted payment methods include bank transfers via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, and Bank Permata, as well as digital wallets including OVO, DANA, GoPay, and ShopeePay. All deposits are denominated and processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp).

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. Minimum amounts for specific payment methods may vary and are displayed at the point of deposit.
• Deposit Processing: Deposits made via local bank transfer and Indonesian e-wallets are typically credited to your Player Account within five (5) minutes. During periods of high transaction volume or scheduled bank maintenance, processing times may extend.
• Own Funds Only: You may only deposit funds that you personally own. Deposits from third-party bank accounts or e-wallets not registered in your own name are prohibited and will be subject to investigation and possible refund without credit to your Player Account.
• No Interest: gaza88 does not pay interest on Player Account balances, regardless of the amount held or duration of the balance remaining in the account.
• Deposit Limits: We may impose maximum deposit limits at the account level at our discretion for responsible gaming or security purposes. Players may also voluntarily set their own deposit limits through their account settings.
• Failed Deposits: If a bank transfer is made but your Player Account is not credited within thirty (30) minutes, please contact our support team with your transfer receipt. Do not repeat the deposit until the original transfer is confirmed resolved.

7Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your Player Account are subject to the following conditions. We are committed to processing verified withdrawal requests promptly and transparently.

• KYC Prerequisite: Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC verification has been successfully completed on the requesting account.
• Name Matching: The bank account or e-wallet registered for withdrawals must be in the same name as your Player Account and KTP. We will not process withdrawals to accounts held in third-party names under any circumstances.
• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Processing Time: Verified withdrawal requests are typically processed within three (3) to five (5) minutes for e-wallet destinations (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay) and within five (5) to fifteen (15) minutes for bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata) during standard banking hours (08:00–22:00 WIB). Requests submitted outside these hours may be processed the following morning.
• Bonus Wagering: Funds derived from active bonuses that have not met the applicable wagering requirement are not eligible for withdrawal. Only the net real-money balance remaining after bonus play is withdrawable until the wagering requirement is satisfied.
• Withdrawal Verification: We reserve the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawal requests exceeding Rp 50.000.000 or where account activity patterns indicate potential policy violations. Such checks will be completed within twenty-four (24) hours.

8Bonuses & Promotions

gaza88 offers a range of promotional offers to eligible registered Players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer at the time it is made available. The following general bonus terms apply across all promotions unless the promotion-specific terms explicitly state otherwise.

• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible Players who have met all account requirements, including KYC where applicable. Players who have self-excluded, who have accounts under investigation, or whose accounts have been flagged for unusual activity are not eligible for bonuses.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise, only one active bonus may be held per Player Account at any given time. Opting into a second bonus while an active bonus is pending forfeits the first bonus.
• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses carry a wagering requirement stated as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., 10x means you must wager ten times the bonus value). Wagering must be completed within the stated validity period. Wagering on certain game types may be excluded or weighted differently — refer to the specific promotion page.
• Maximum Withdrawal from Bonus: Unless otherwise stated, winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to a maximum withdrawal cap as specified in the individual promotion terms. Winnings exceeding this cap will be forfeited upon withdrawal request.
• Abuse and Exploitation: gaza88 strictly prohibits bonus abuse, including but not limited to the use of arbitrage strategies, low-risk betting patterns designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine gameplay, collusion between accounts, and any other conduct that we determine constitutes exploitation of the promotion structure. Accounts found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have associated bonuses and derived winnings voided and may face permanent account closure.
• Expiry: Unclaimed or unused bonuses expire on the date stated in the promotion terms. Expired bonus funds are automatically removed from the Player Account balance.

We reserve the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that we will not retroactively alter the terms of a bonus already accepted by a Player in good standing.

9Gameplay & Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all games and betting markets offered on the Platform. Game-specific and sport-specific rules are published on the relevant game or market pages and form part of these Terms by reference.

• Acceptance of Results: All game outcomes and settled betting results are final once confirmed by our system. Decisions by the Platform regarding the settlement of bets and game rounds are binding.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all games and betting markets and are displayed within the game interface or on the market listing. We reserve the right to adjust stake limits at any time without prior notice.
• Sportsbook — Football: All bandar bola (football bookmaking) markets, including Asian handicap (voor bola), over/under, and mix parlay (accumulator) bets, are subject to our sportsbook rules. Bets are settled based on the official result at the conclusion of standard match time unless the market specifically states otherwise. Abandoned matches, walkovers, and forfeited results are settled in accordance with our published sportsbook settlement rules.
• Togel Markets: Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draw results are published and confirmed by the official draw operator. Gaza88 accepts no liability for discrepancies between third-party togel result publishers and the official draw results used for settlement.
• Technical Errors: In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical error during gameplay, the round or bet may be declared void and stakes returned to the Player Account. We are not liable for losses arising from platform outages, internet connectivity failures on the Player's end, or force majeure events.
• Irregular Betting: We reserve the right to void bets placed at manifestly erroneous odds, on corrupted events, or in circumstances where we have reasonable grounds to believe a betting irregularity has occurred.

10Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, referral to law enforcement authorities.

• Operating or accessing multiple Player Accounts (multi-accounting), either personally or in coordination with other individuals.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the Platform, place bets, or otherwise exploit game mechanics.
• Collusion with other Players to manipulate game outcomes, exploit bonus structures, or defraud the Platform.
• Depositing funds that are proceeds of criminal activity, money laundering, fraud, or any other unlawful act.
• Engaging in chargeback fraud — filing a payment dispute with your bank or e-wallet provider for a deposit that was legitimately credited to your Player Account.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the Platform's software, game logic, random number generator systems, or security infrastructure.
• Impersonating another Player, creating an account using false identity information, or providing fraudulent KYC documentation.
• Using the Platform in connection with any form of commercial gambling operation, syndicate, or organized betting ring without express written authorization from gaza88.

11Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to the gaza88 brand name, logo, domain name, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, data compilations, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of gaza88 or its licensed content partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any element of the Platform without our express prior written consent.

Game content, including slot titles, live dealer interfaces, and virtual sports, is provided under license from third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft, among others. All rights in such content are reserved by the respective rights holders.

12Privacy & Data

13Limitation of Liability

• Loss of funds as a result of gambling activity on the Platform.
• Temporary or permanent inaccessibility of the Platform due to maintenance, technical failure, or force majeure events.
• Losses resulting from unauthorized access to your Player Account where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Inaccuracies in odds, scores, or game information published on the Platform that result from data feed errors outside our control.
• Any decisions made by you in reliance on content, promotions, or information published on the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit our liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the suitability, reliability, availability, timeliness, security, or accuracy of the Platform or its content for any particular purpose.

14Account Termination

Either party may terminate the Player Account relationship at any time. You may close your account by contacting our support team. We will process any remaining verified real-money balance to your registered payment method following standard withdrawal procedures, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

Gaza88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close a Player Account immediately and without prior notice if we determine, at our sole discretion, that:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms.
• Your account has been used for prohibited conduct as defined in Section 10.
• You have provided false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• We are required to do so by a legal or regulatory obligation.
• Continued operation of your account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or the welfare of other Players.

In cases of account closure for breach of these Terms, any bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds in breach of these Terms will be forfeited. Real-money deposits not implicated in the breach will be returned to you following our investigation, minus any amounts properly owed to the Platform.

15Amendments

Gaza88 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will publish the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Where practicable, we will also notify active Players of significant changes via email or an in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the Platform following publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you disagree with any amendment, you should cease use of the Platform and close your Player Account before the amendment takes effect. The date on which an amendment takes effect is the date it is published on this page unless a later effective date is expressly stated.

16Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognized gaming regulations and the general principles of commercial law applicable to online gaming platforms.

You acknowledge that online gambling operates in a complex regulatory environment in Indonesia and that you are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform is lawful under the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction. Gaza88 makes no representation that the Services are appropriate or legally available for use in your jurisdiction.

Any disputes arising between you and gaza88 that cannot be resolved through our customer support process shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of an internationally recognized arbitration body. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English.
